A rejected survey refers to a survey that our partners have been deemed as invalid by their clients. To ensure a better experience for our members, we do not allow partners to reject survey points outside a two week window. We also monitor our partner rejection rates to prevent any dishonest behavior by our partners and their clients.
There are several reasons why a survey is rejected after it's been completed:
1. Incomplete or inconsistent responses: The responses are contradictory or not matching your profile.
2. Speeding or rushing through a survey: We have built in systems that detect members who have taken a survey too quickly. This indicates that the member did not take their time or fully engage with the survey to provide quality responses.
3. Quality: In order to ensure the quality of the data, you may be asked quality related survey questions. These questions may be a silly or obvious have an obvious answer.
Example:
Question: What two colors is a zebra?
If a member selects "purple" our partners will know they were not taking their time to read the question.
While the above are just some examples, unfortunately, our partners do not share exact reasons for rejecting a survey.
