- Make sure your device or internet connection is running on the latest update.
- If on the mobile app, make sure it's updated on the latest version.
- Check your device for connectivity.
- Ensure you are accessing from within the same location as specified in your profile.
- Turn off your VPN if you are using one.
- Turn off any anti-virus software as this may interfere with our systems security checks.
- Clear your cache/cookies/internet history.
