If you completed a survey, or experienced an issue within a survey we ask that you report it using the Report Issue tool located at the bottom of your My Points page, or you can click here: Report a Survey
To navigate directly to the report issue page, follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to ‘My Points’ on the left side of your dashboard (For mobile, the bottom right 'more' button)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “report issue”
- Select “report issue” next to the survey you’d like to report
The “report issue” button will only remain next to the survey for 24 hours after attempted survey start. Once a surveys is reported it can take up to 3 business days for our analysts to review it. You will receive a resolution email once it has been reviewed.
