We have a Report issue tool in place when these issues occur so we can ensure you are properly compensated.
Here’s how to report a survey issue:
- Navigate to ‘My Points’ on the left side of your dashboard (or 'more' on the bottom right of your device if you are using the APP)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “report issue”
- Select “report issue” next to the survey you’d like to report
Please note the “report issue” button will only remain next to the survey for 24 hours after attempted survey start.
