When you finish an offer, and it was tracked properly, you see a Complete status.
Complete
An offer is marked Complete when:
All offer requirements are met exactly as stated
The advertiser confirms successful completion
Points are officially credited to your account
Only offers with a Complete status are eligible for promotion bonuses.
Resolved (You reported 'points not tracking')
An offer is marked Resolved when:
The offer did not fully meet the advertiser’s requirements, but
A review resulted in a full, partial, or courtesy credit
Resolved offers indicate that the original offer goal was not tracked by the advertiser, even if some points were awarded as an exception.
